Brief:

Looking to student behavior across campus as a predictor of success and retention has long been a goal of many analytic solutions. In this article P. Beile (2017) observes that many of these campuses overlook the potential of student usage of academic libraries. While focusing in on a case study of the University of Central Florida, the article is very helpful at documenting how a campus can change culture mid-stream, surface new data, and improve the outcomes for students.
